Göteborg-day

Despite having a very complicated traffic system Göteborg is actually a really nice city. After breakfast we went to the botanical garden, which was nice with a palm house that was very nice. Then we went to the art museum which was very big and had a lot of famous art, and was very well curated and presented. One of the best we’ve been to!

After a little fika and a chilax /nap in the hotel we went to Liseberg, where we had bought the evening pass from 7 till 11 for the peanuts while the grown-ups were watching and taking photos. Walked back again and off to bed late but all happy!

Nyköping – Göteborg

Great breakfast, second hand shopping, a trip to the beach and then a 4 hour drive to Göteborg (Gothenburg). It was raining really heavily just in jönköping.. Most of the energy was spent trying to find the parking. Aka the last 20 minutes. A walk around. Mikkels choice of restaurant: mexican.

Stockholm 2.0

Ronjas dream was to go to Stockholm and do shopping and research on the famous Stockholm-style. So this was her day. Until four o clock we went to all the shops and bought hardly anything. So that was good. Then we met Julia and Aline for dinner and a walk in the park. Nice to see them! Then back to the island for an evening dip.

Stockholm

Went into town today. (DMRM) It was raining off and on. At one point we even had to take shelter in a church. Saw the castle and had lunch in a fancy restaurant. Did food shopping on the way back and cooked a fish stew for everyone. Later the weather got better and the grown ups sat outside and had some wine. Willows dad is also here. He’s been to a wedding in Turku. ♥

Sundsvall – Stockholm

After a car drive with a swimming break and then a late night rowing trip and walk through the forest we ended up in Willows little cabin in the end. Dan was an excellent rower. From now on called Dan Stanley Roar Richards.
