Tiril, 1 year!

We went to MLEET to celebrate Tirils first birthday. Torild and knut were there too!

Tiril ate cake until she couldn’t fit more, but she did consider trying a bit of the other one too…

Well done Ronja

I never had the subject myself, and as a socialist I don’t believe in the k in krle. I believe in biology. And even though I respect, and somehow admire, peoples ability to believe in a supreme being and an afterlife I am a bit shocked at how the (SUBSTITUTE) teacher has presented creationism as if it’s reality. Ronja, who until now, wanted to be a biologist, has suggested that maybe dinosaurs were created really late on day four.

Kunstkveld

All the kids at Åsveien had worked with an art piece, and presented art at an exhibition today. Ronjas class had worked with a silk screen print called “fuglefangeren” by Per Morten Karlsen. Then it was coffee and cake and alot of familiar faces and A LOT of noise!

Ronjas is top middle.

Fakkeltog

All four experienced their first ever fakkeltog, a demonstration to stop the rubbish government sending people “home” to Afghanistan.

Today was Ulriks navnefest, which is the humanist alternative to baptism. It was very really nice seremony and then tapas and cake at their house.

Ronja took some of these pictures.

10 cm

This is a picture of Mikkel walking off in a strop because he thought I was too slow when trying to take a picture of him in his new cool gangster outfit. As you have seen in previous posts Mikkels legs grew 10cm since the spring. But Mikkels legs are not the only ones behaving like a teenager! Haha!
